Neighbourhood Plan Business Questionnaire

Dear business owner,

Ingatestone and Fryerning Parish Council are currently developing a Neighbourhood Plan. This is a community-led planning document which will guide future development, regeneration and conservation in Ingatestone and Fryerning.

Why we need to hear your views

Your input as a local business is key to the development of this plan. It will help us share your vision and shape the future and growth of our villages and your business. It will give you a greater say in the development of our local area.

Why is a Neighbourhood plan important to you?

Having a Neighbourhood Plan allows a community to get the development needed for their area. It deals with a wide range of social, economic and environmental issues, such as housing, employment, heritage and transport; which are key for the success and growth of businesses in Ingatestone and Fryerning.

This plan will give us the opportunity to choose where new homes, offices and shops are built, have a say on the design of new buildings and support the granting of planning permission for new buildings and infrastructure. This is likely to have some relevance to your business, now or in the future.
