IFPC are delighted to see so many of our residents enjoying the Little Library, which opened earlier this year in the old phone box. However, we kindly ask that you please DO NOT use the Little Library as a donation point. Instead, please donate just one book but one that you liked or think others might enjoy; we also welcome good children’s books.
By last week, the entire floor was covered with books, making it difficult for everyone to access and enjoy. We have cleared the space and would kindly ask that only the shelves be used for books, and that no additional books be placed on the floor.
If you have more books to donate, please take them to a charity shop (you can also donate them to our local pop-up charity shop run by Hellen Rollason Cancer Charity – they accept fiction book; the next pop-up will be held on 26 September in Parish Rooms in Stock Lane; donations welcome 10am – 2pm).
